Christopher Robert Evans, born June 13, 1981, is an American actor. His career began with television parts, which included Opposite Sext in the year 2000. In 2005, following his appearances as a character in Not Another Teen Movie and Fantastic Four (and its sequel Fantastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer 2007), he was recognized as the Marvel Comics character, The Human Torch. Evans has appeared in other films that are based off comic books, such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). As part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he gained more recognition for his role as Steve Rogers/Captain American. This included Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier 2014 and Captain America: Civil War. Also, he was in The Avengers Age of Ultron 2015. Avengers: Infinity War 2018 and Endgame 2019. He was one of the highest paid actors on the planet due to his role in the Marvel franchise.
